Facility Reservations

Plan to hold your next meeting, party, reception or other activity at the DCRC. The DCRC offers the opportunity to rent first-class facilities including the community hall, shelter houses, classrooms, pools, and gymnasium. Facility reservation requests may be made in person or via phone. Reservations are subject to approval on the basis of facility and staff availability. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.

• Community Hall

  The community hall is perfect venue for parties, receptions, meetings and community events.
  

  

• Parks

  The DCRC offers various outdoor spaces for rent at both Coffman Park and Scioto Park. The parks are ideal for hosting family reunions, company picnics, or parties.

• Birthday Parties

  Have your child’s next birthday party at the DCRC! Reservation requests are accepted up to one year in advance. Packages are now available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.  
  

  

• Meeting Room Rental

  Meeting rooms are the ideal place to hold a small business meeting or gathering. Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 are located on the second floor of the DCRC.

  

• Gym Rentals

  Looking for a place to play basketball, volleyball, badminton, etc.? The gymnasium features two courts available for rent after the DCRC closes on Friday & Saturday evenings only.
  

  

• Pool Rentals

  A unique feature of the DCRC is the leisure pool, which includes a lazy river, clam slide for children, double helix slide for those a little more daring and a zero-foot entry point for cautious tots.
