Online Security Options
In response to your requests, we are also enhancing the security of the system by allowing users to change their User Name and Password.
The next time you log on, select Change User Name/Password under the My Account tab. You will also need to answer two security questions. Once you’ve made your changes, click the Submit button and your changes will take effect immediately.
If you forget your User Name or Password, you may contact the DCRC during business hours. Or, if you provided an email address as part of your household information, you can click on the Having Trouble Signing In? Click here for help link, then click on the Forgot Password link. Fill in the information requested, and the system will send two separate emails – one with your user name, the second with your password.
