Martin Commons Park – 3130 Martin Road

This is a proposal to construct a neighborhood park with a bike path, picnic tables and climbing boulders for Martin Commons Park located on the north side of Martin Road approximately 600 feet west of Dublin Center Drive.  This is a request for review and approval for an amended final development plan under the Planned District provision of Code Section 153.050.
