This is a proposal for a senior housing development consisting of 12 condominiums within six residential buildings located on the east side of Avery Road. The site consists of two parcels, zoned PLR, Planned Low Density Residential District, and R-1, Restricted Suburban Development District. This is a request for review and feedback of a concept plan under the Planned District provisions of Code Section 153.050.
