Gov Deals Online Auction site

Online Auction

The City of Dublin is selling used vehicles, fitness equipment, computer equipment and other merchandise on an online auction site designed for government agencies, though anyone can bid on the items. The site - www.govdeals.com - is similar to E-Bay, but sellers are limited to government entities across the country wishing to sell used, outdated and surplus equipment.  An individual may register with GovDeals to become a bidder on the site.

Like other online auctions, photos of the items and minimum acceptable bids are provided by the City.  Inspections of the item can be scheduled during the auction period. Auctions run at least 15 days. Winning bidders must pay online to GovDeals before pickup can be arranged.  Buyers will be responsible for picking up or arranging for shipping or pickup their goods at their own expense. All items are sold "As-is; Where-is". The City does not provide any support or services on items sold through auction.

Individuals may find the Dublin merchandise by clicking on the GovDeals link at the top of this page. This will take users directly to Dublin’s merchandise, rather than to the entire GovDeals site.  For more information on GovDeals, please go to www.GovDeals.com, read their FAQ section, or call the GovDeals Help Desk at 1-800-613-0156.
