The City of Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission reviews the above types of applications. The Commission typically holds two meetings per month. The meetings are held on Thursday at the Dublin Municipal Building, 5200 Emerald Parkway at 6:30 p.m., unless otherwise advertised. Please refer to the meeting calendar for scheduled meeting dates.
Please note that all completed applications are due by the posted application 2012 Submission Deadlines, though applications may be submitted prior to the deadline. Anyone submitting a new application on application day will be required to make an appointment to ensure the application is complete. Appointments can be made by calling 614-410-4600. Only completed applications will be accepted.
Planning is available to assist with applications during every phase of the review process. Applicants are strongly encouraged to schedule a pre-application meeting during which the applicant can learn about the Board & Commission process. A pre-application meeting also affords the applicant and Planning the opportunity to address any initial concerns with the application.
